The series of VLB, VLBL is one kind of explosion-proof vibration motor with slender structure, The distance between action points of exciting force(distance between foundation holes) is wider, especially applicable when exciting force required to be transmitted at wide distance. After installed the motor, the vibrating machinery run smoother and the machinery components are more equal pressure, then extend machinery life time efficiently.

It meet the rules of GB3836.2-2000(Electircal equipment for Explosive air circumstance, Part 2:Explosion proof"d"). Explosion proof EXdâ…¡BT4, It can be used for explosive circumstance filled with â…¡B Grade T4 Group flameable gas or steam mixtured with air.
It's widely used as vibration source for vibration feeding, conveyoring, screening,etc. it can be used solely or by combination. Available for mining, metallurgical, power generating, construction, chemical, oil field, etc.
FEATURES
1.VLBL series adpot aluminium alloy material for shell and main components, less weight and volume, around 30% lighter than same products that produced by spheroidal graphite cast iron.
2.Completely enclosed structure, available to circumstance mixtured with â…¡A,B grade explosive air.
